Behavioral Health Services
Healthy communities must provide access to effective mental health support. ENCAP provides compassionate, holistic behavioral health services and guides aspiring practitioners.

Transportation is a top need in ENCAP’s two-county service area. ENCAP provides transportation to and from school to ESL, Pre-K, and homeless students of OPS. Additionally, ENCAP is building several new transportation partnerships with youth and family serving organizations and is developing a program to transport workers from low-income households to and from work.
