1. Answer front desk phone and greet clients and community partners with excellent
customer service when they come in.
2. Answer calls and conduct intakes with new clients to screen for appropriate services.
3. Inform clients of services/programs for which they may be eligible.
4. Enters client data into Clarity database. Supports report creation.
5. Assists Deputy Director with office administrative duties.
6. Coordinate room reservations and maintenance/admin requests for building tenants.
